How do I send my files?
Email your files to orders@zeusprinting.com.
What file formats can you accept?
The best file types are vector files. Vector files are infinitely scalable and produce the best quality prints and typically have an AI, EPS, or PDF extension. The alternative is raster file format. Raster files create lower quality prints, but can work fine in many situations. Extensions include JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, and BMP. You can view more about vector files here. If you are not sure what you have, just send it over and we’ll take a look.
What is the typical lead time?
Our standard lead time is 10 – 12 business days from receipt of deposit and approval of final art. Larger orders or complicated prints (multiple print locations and custom tagging, etc.) may increase production time. We will give you an anticipated ship date prior to receiving your order.
What is the minimum order?
One. If you want to order less than one, we should talk.
Although we have no minimum quantity required, we do have setup fees that are incurred when setting up for any job, 1 or 1000. A template is created for each design and color. The larger the quantity, the cheaper each item becomes because the setup fees are spread out.
Can you create the design for me?
Absolutely! Our background is in graphic design. Our passion is putting great designs on quality products. Contact us about creating a great design for you.
Where are you located?
We are located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
More specifically: 1750 S. 500 W. Suite 100 Salt Lake City, Utah 84115
Do you ship?
We can ship anywhere, passing our shipping costs directly to you. We are in the business of helping you create great looking products, not padding our pockets with money from shipping costs.
What if I have a problem?
We are constantly striving to deliver the best quality product. We do not offer full refunds, however if you do have a problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Will the inks fade?
Not from normal use. The inks on a properly cured shirt should not crack, fade, flake, etc. Our prints are always cured at their recommended temperature and for the recommended amount of time. Each print run is thoroughly tested as well. We also recommend that you wash and dry your shirts inside out, on low heat, for maximum use.
What makes Zeus Tees different?
Check out the About Us page.
Are there setup fees?
Yes. For each design we must expose or “burn” one screen for each color being printed and in each print location. Setting up a job correctly requires a lot of time and ensures high quality prints. Most screen printers will charge a screen set up fee.
What brand of shirts do you print on?
We print on Alstyle, Alternative Apparel, American Apparel, Anvil, Augusta Sportswear, Bella, Dickie’s, Gildan, Hanes, Port and Company, Sport Tek to name a few. You can view our online catalog of some of the items we offer here. We have many wholesale relationships and can order most anything in. Can’t find it? Just ask.
Can I bring you my shirts to have you print on them?
Due to spoilage rates, ours is 2% per location, and retail treatments of garments, we cannot print on customer provided items.
How many colors can you print on a shirt?
Up to 6 colors.
Where on my shirt can I print?
Pretty much anywhere. The typical spots are the front, back, and sleeves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks accepted under specific terms. Contact us for details.
What is required to place my order?
A 50% deposit or the total cost of the garments whichever is greater is all that’s required to get started.
